At WeeBaby, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Return & Refund Conditions

We accept refund or reshipment requests in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty product.

  • Incorrect Items: If the item you received is not the item you ordered.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during shipment.

In all cases, photo or video evidence must be provided within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

Non-Returnable Situations

We unfortunately cannot offer refunds or reshipments in the following situations:

  • Customer placed the wrong order by mistake.

  • Customer changed their mind after receiving the item.

  • Delivery delays caused by uncontrollable factors (e.g., customs delays, weather).

How to Request a Refund or Reshipment

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

  4. If approved, we will offer you the option of a refund or reshipment.

Return Shipping

  • In cases where a return is required, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).

Important

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or warehouse without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
